    No matter what you think of our voting system and no matter who you voted for can we all agree how pleasant it is that our elections are done in dusted in 24 hours, the losers bow out and the winners immediately take power and crack on with the job. No waiting a week for some states to decide, no claims of a fake election, no storming the capital, no lawsuits, no transition of power lasting 2 months. How it should be

    Very true, Donks. Only last week Sunak was saying that Sir Keir Starmer was a threat to the security of the UK. This morning he accepts that Keir is a "decent, public-spirited man who I respect." So why tell the lies he did about Starmer, or make up stories about what Labour's plan is and how much it will cost?
