    We seem to have a good crop coming through now. The 3 you mention in particular but I've also been very impressed with Bree and Mchale on the occasions I've seen them play.

    If I had to pick 1 that most excites me it would be Nana.

    Does this thread highlight RNL no longer seen as young blood?

    I've always liked idea of seeing him play central off front man

    He's a striker, or at worst, a number 10. He'll tell you that himself. But he's been played anywhere but there, apart from the Reading and Yeovil games. I long for the day where he finally gets a proper run in his proper position and we can then judge him. But every passing year he looks less likely to get there. Shame.

    And yes, I don't see him as a bairn anymore. Him and Jennings are youngsters, but experienced with it. Both need to deliver.

    Yes he did mate. Pal of mine taught him, says he was a lovely lad. Very modest. He came back a few weeks ago to play a footy match there.

    From the chaps on here who saw john stones and watch the new lads coming through, do any of them have the potential to be as good as stones or was he head and shoulders above them?
