    I think ive mentioned it before but we were teenagers stood up in the Brewery stand on the halfway line just behind the wall Mick Clarke went on a run down the left, lost the ball chased back we regained possession sent Mick on another run didnt get it and he chased back again then Gwyn Thomas picked the ball up in the centre circle looked over to Mick Clarke who shouted to him dunt pass to me Im fxcked. We laughed and it stuck with me.

    I was at Uni when I first joined the BBS… which means I’ve been on the BBS half my life now…

    Was the Sports Editor of the Leeds Uni paper at the time I joined. I was ‘Leeds Tyke’ for a short period (as I was at Leeds Uni) but then another ‘leeds tyke’ or similar popped up so I changed.

    Went on to do Oakwell 1575AM and Barnsley Player for a few years after so kept the name ever since.

    I'm a big fan of Bill Nelson's music, so took my username from one of his song titles. The name just felt right, plus the song lyrics are appropriate for most of my rubbish...
