The one that still makes me laugh , is the time at Hillsborough when the Barnsley fans were taking the p*ss out of the 2 girl singers , when one of them turned
    & shouted F*** Off.
Would love a video of that. ;)

    Re: I forgot that one!

You're right, the Oldham game was 3 days later and we won 2-0 which meant that if Wolves failed to beat Grimsby the next day then a win against Bradford would clinch promotion. Wolves drew 1-1 with Grimsby and the rest is as they say, history.....

My old man said be a Wednesday fan,
So i said "No thankyou very much"
We took the Wednesday and all that's in it!
We took the Sheff U, na na na nana (help me here)
With bricks and spanners, carving knives and hammers
We'll show those Wednesday "people without a dad" how to fight.
Cause we are the Barnsley, Ponty Enders.
And we'll fight for ever more..

    :)

"He's fat, he's round, he bounces on the ground, Paul Cooper Paul Cooper"
Sang at main road Manchester 1989. Won 2-1, Mal Shotton scored a worldy and carried most of the team on his back celebrating.
