started as a centre midfield at school Then moved out on to the wing, left or right as can kick with both feet equally well.
Also played full back quite regularly and up front.
Have played every position except goalkeeper.
Unfortunately had to retire due to rupture of cruciate ligament.

Left wing then left wing-back then left of defence.
Scored from a corner with the outside of me left foot and nearly scored once from my own half, he tipped it over the bar. Some good ball skills, fast and strong but completely rubbish at team-play and no good with me head.

Mainly right back Started as a right winger, but didn't have the pace, so switched to defence and then pretty much always played right back...but also played in the middle, played at left back and sometimes as a sweeper
Positions changed as I got older Used to play right midfield or central midfield for the supporters club on a Saturday, both involved getting forward scoring and assists. Sundays mornings I played as a right back in a flat back four hardly venturing over the halfway line. As I got into my late 20s I regularly played as a centre half and found that having been a midfielder helped me to play out of defence rather than hoofing and hacking at everything. I was happy to play anywhere really as long as I got a shirt. That Albatross wasnt a bad player either.
It's a fading memory mate ............ ....... I really miss playing though, enjoyed every minute of it ........... .......... I'm struggling to remember you 'getting forward from midfield, scoring and assists' on a Saturday morning though!!
Also Have you see the old team pics that Stew Wraith has? How young and fit we looked compared to now. :'(
Anywhere.... to accomodate my left foot!!! Scored 4 last night at Shaw Lane, but that was a rare, rare occasion lol
