    RE: Cheers everybody.

Cazi my mum had a major heart attack 3 years ago caused partly by smoking. Thankfully she survived and has never touched a cigarette since. Not saying you'd have health problems if you continued but you increase the chances greatly. Stick at it and the rewards both healthwise and financially will become all too apparent. Good luck.

    Cazi, I'm sat here

at gone 3.00am 'cause I'm in so much pain from my legs/arm/back/groin/chest that I'm almost suicidal. I can't even lie in bed and get comfortable. I'm pumpimg morphine and assorted drugs into me, but nothing kills the pain. I know someone will come on and say ballax - me grandma smoked 108 Park Drive a day and it never did her any harm and she lived to be 112, but if you can do anything to minimise the risk of the Big C, then do it now and do it for me, your family and your friends. And before anybody asks, no I've never smoked in my life. Stick at it kid. If you think giving up smoking is tough, have go at this. Well done, and keep it up.

    Good on you.

I quit smoking on Friday 19th November 2004, a month before the birth of my 1st child. I feel better every day that goes past.
