    If you think he is poty thats your opinion but to me he just isnt all that. He makes mistakes a hell of a lot and always blames the other players.

    Needs to stay imo good shot stopper bailed us out loads of times and he actually cares about the club unlike most of these mellis and co who couldnt care less

    Steele is the one player (the only one I think), who I would be sad to see go. Infact sad is a massive understatement, and not just because he's fit and speaks well.

    Lot of finger pointing this season from quite a few players. And all our players make mistakes. Seems like he is your matchday release to me.

    Well said. Those that went today will understand the Steele and McCourt comments although I still think Wilson plays him(McCourt) in the wrong position.

    I don't see how you can give Steele player of the year when from August to December he went through his worst spell of form for us. He's a distant 3rd at best behind O'Grady & Cranie

    Did you go today and saw what he did.

    A couple of the reds defenders had a pop at him again today.

    M'Voto as not been happy with him in the last 3/4 games.

    Currently I have been to 228 consecutive Barnsley games. In my 37th season of being a Barnsley fan Possibly a few more than you sunshine. So yes I went today. Did you see him save a penalty or keep us in the game against Leicester got the first 30 minutes or win us the game against Millwall or were you at your Nan's washing your hair?

    Is that the same M'Voto that pretty much the whole team looked at aghast for most of his Oakwell career? In my time watching watching Barnsley Luke Steele is one of the better keepers we have had. let's have a little bet. I bet that Luke Steele finishes in the top 3 for POY and that Frimpong doesn't. 20 quid?
