    I imagine Struber will have more than just a significant say on who comes in, and I'd bet that Dale isn't even on his radar. Assuming Struber is still here of course.

    Dont know what others think but cant see the logic in declaring a 'completely unsubstantiated rumour' is coming and not even mentioning what it is. If you know, say what it is (it's a rumour), and if you don't, why post it at all? I've heard a completely unsubstantiated rumour, I'm not going to tell you what it is, but it's due next week. Cue: ten pages of worry, and still no great revelation. Makes me laugh

    Struber has to pick his own to an extent - we’ve got to keep him happy.

    You can’t just appoint further coaches without his input. Although I agree the club need to be happy with them too.

    I think the days when management had any say with recruitment disappeared a long time ago at BFC.

    Both Senft and Rose were Struber’s choice.....

    Makes sense that they’ve struggled during C-19..... I can see it being an issue with Struber too.

    I agree. I think the strains of being away from home, family and friends, has been dramatically inflated by CV19.
